Finding Stillness
Meditation is a resting in your true nature. As we are in this moment. Meditation is anytime you find yourself focused on an activity or a point of interest and there is nothing else in the world that captures your attention at that present moment. Nothing else exists except your pure focus in that present moment. The goal overtime is to find stillness physically but at first a moving meditation is still a space of concentration.

Feel the water around your feet and ankles. Meditate on the graceful movements. See the fluctuations.
Listen as you spot life happening amongst the stillness of your moment.
Count sprinkles amongst the rainbow
